Challenge
The client has requested from eSol ExpertIT a web based solution dedicated to cars and car tuning enthusiasts.
The main challenge of the site was to create a community site with easy to use tools enabling members to create their own pages for their cars, allowing them to manipulate images, colors and text.
Approach
eSol ExpertIT has presented the client a Project Development Process based on his requests. The designated team has worked in close contact with the client, and all the steps of the development methodology have been met.

|
The functional design document has provided insight information about the application's modules, the interaction between them and the workflows around them.
The main modules have been identified and the architectural design has allowed the project manager to create the framework of the site, outlining the choice of technologies to be used.
The client approved the graphics specifications and mockups presented by the designers.
With all the details in place, a completed timeframe and completion date have been presented and approved.

| Development process |
|
The application development and deployment was completed by a team of 2 programmers and 1 designer, under the leadership of the project manager.
The tests have been done by automatic scripts and human testers.
Conferences have been established with the client at all times and also he has chosen to be a active part into the testing process.
Frequent releases have been issued, followed by a beta version to witch we have received extensive and useful feedback from the client.

The delivery of the project consisted of the following phases: installment of the scripts and graphic elements on the server; installment of the database and preliminary data; live testing for the Beta version; client training via live conferences, with presentation of the modules and case studies for each module; client feedback and final checkup procedures
After launch, we have provided continuous support for any new issues on the site, as well as updated and new features.
