Based on a market research conducted by the client in collaboration with eSol ExpertIT, the approach for the development and deployment of the system has been set. An easy-to-use interface and scalable modules have been found to be the key to success for this project

Following and NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) and a contract signing, the primary details and objectives have been set and agreed on.
The task of establishing a basic system structure and service layout has been carried out and also the technical implementation and maintenance activities strategies have been drawn up.

| Create Architecture |
|
Using the results from the first phase, the architecture of the system has been created in order to meet all the requirements, both technical and also functional.
The architectural design has allowed the project manager to create the framework of the site, outlining also the choice of technologies to be used, in this case PHP as the scripting technology of the application, HTML and CSS for presentation, MySQL as database server solution.
The design details have been established and several graphical mockups have been presented before the final design was approved.

| Development process |
|
The application development and deployment was completed by a team of 3 programmers and 1 designer, under the leadership of the project manager.
Intensive module testing has been done by automatic scripts and human testers.
Conferences have been established with the client at all times.
Frequent releases have been issued, followed by a beta version to witch we have received extensive and useful feedback from the client.

The delivery of the project consisted of the following phases: installment of the scripts and graphic elements on the server; installment of the database and preliminary data; live testing for the Beta version; client training via live conferences, with presentation of the modules and case studies for each module; client feedback and final checkup procedures
After launch, we have provided continuous support for any new issues on the site, as well as updated and new features.
