eSol ExpertIT has been presented a challenge to impose a brand new company on the Romanian indoor and outdoor carpet market, a dynamic market, sometimes affected by low quality products and offers, and unprofessional companies.
Approach
After a preliminary meeting with the client eSol ExpertIT has presented GlamourFloors a PDP for creating a virtual business card with a business-like design, with quality graphic elements that were able to transmit the premium offers the company has.

A collaboration contract and NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) have been signed between parties and, as requested by the client, a market research has been performed in order to identify the main competitors on the market.
The feedback channels for the site visitors have been established and also the initial development details have been agreed on.

Several meetings with the client have been organized in order to create the main system architecture and create the general look & feel of the website.
The main section of the site have been identified and outlined and for each of them a functional description has been presented.
The designers have presented several design templates before approval by the client.
With all this completed, a timeframe and completion date have been approved.

The application development and deployment was completed by a team of 1 programmers and 1 designer, under the leadership of the project manager.
As chosen by the client, frequent client conferences have been organized in order to present the project development status and different releases.
A beta version of the project has been released on a test server in order to be tested out by the client and upon approval, the delivery phase was initiated

The delivery phase was completed by uploading all graphics elements and contents on the server and also extensive testing done by both our team and also the client, at his request.
